Terms and Conditions

At Mianzi, we uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. All our handmade bamboo products are created with great care by skilled artisans, and we stand behind their integrity. Please read the warranty terms carefully before making a purchase.

2.1 Warranty Coverage

• Mianzi provides a limited warranty of 6 months from the date of billing for all eligible handmade bamboo products, under conditions of normal use and proper care. This warranty covers the following:

1. The product will conform to the manufacturing specifications applicable at the time of production.
2. The product will be free from material defects and manufacturing faults directly attributable to Mianzi.
3. The product will be free and clear of any legal claims, liens, or encumbrances.
   

2.2 Remedies Under Warranty

If a product is found to be defective under the terms outlined above, Mianzi, at its sole discretion, will either:

1. Repair the defective product at no additional cost, or
2. Replace the defective product with the same or equivalent item, or
3. Issue a credit note to the customer for the amount paid for the defective product.

All corrective actions will be undertaken within a mutually agreed timeline, subject to inspection and approval by Mianzi.

2.3 Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not apply to:

1. Products that have been misused, mishandled, or exposed to conditions outside of intended use, including but not limited to accidents, neglect, improper installation, poor hygiene, or environmental damage such as moisture or excessive heat.
2. Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications carried out by third parties not approved by Mianzi.
3. Damage resulting from failure to follow care and maintenance instructions as outlined in Section 1 of our Product Care Guidelines.
4. Natural variations in color, grain, texture, or finish inherent in handmade bamboo products. These are not defects but are part of the uniqueness and authenticity of artisan-made pieces.
5. Electrical components, including but not limited to bulbs, wiring, switches, and adapters, which are excluded from this warranty. These parts are subject to their respective manufacturer's warranty (if applicable) and must be handled with care.
   

Additionally, Mianzi is not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, and under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.

2.4 Inspection and Claims Procedure

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery or purchase. In case of visible damage or manufacturing defects:

1. Notification must be made to Mianzi within 5 days of delivery via email at contactus@mianzi.in or by calling us at +91 9958644708.
2. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
3. Photographic evidence and proof of purchase (invoice) must be submitted
   with the warranty claim.

2.5 Limitation of Warranty

This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No agent, employee, or representative of Mianzi is authorized to offer any warranty beyond the terms set forth herein.
