This Shipping & Customs Policy outlines our logistics, duties, delivery timelines, and other terms that apply once you place an order through www.mianzi.in.
1. Shipping Charges
1.1 Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free shipping is available on all orders across India.
- No additional charges will apply at checkout, unless otherwise specified for custom-built items or expedited services.
1.2 International Shipping
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
a) Weight and dimensions of the package
b) Destination country
- The shipping fee collected at checkout is final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.
2. Delivery Timelines
2.1 Dispatch Time
- All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Dispatch is typically completed within 7–10 business days of order placement.
- Our fulfilment team operates Monday to Friday, excluding public and national holidays.
2.2 Estimated Transit Times
- Domestic (India): 5–10 business days from dispatch
- International: 12–25 business days from dispatch
a) In rare cases (due to customs clearance or local disruptions), delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
b) We appreciate your patience and understanding for such delays, which are outside our control.
3. Tracking and Delivery Notifications
- A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS upon dispatch.
- You are encouraged to monitor your shipment and notify us if the order is not delivered within 3 days after the expected delivery date.
- Tracking data is stored for 10 days after delivery. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for investigation.
4. Change of Delivery Address
- If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before dispatch.
- Address changes post-dispatch are not guaranteed and may incur redirection charges.
5. Stock Availability
- We strive for accurate stock status but may occasionally face inventory discrepancies.
- If an item is out of stock, we will:
a) Ship available items first
b) Offer to waitlist or refund you for the back-ordered item
6. Damaged Shipments
- If the parcel arrives visibly damaged:
a) Do not accept the delivery; report the issue immediately to our customer care team.
b) If you discover damage after delivery:
i) Notify us within 3 days of receipt along with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
ii) We’ll guide you through the next steps, including possible return or replacement options.
7. Import Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
- Prices displayed on our website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and do not include international customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
7.1 Your Responsibilities
- Import duties/taxes/ tariffs are levied by your country’s customs office and are payable upon arrival.
- These charges are not included in your checkout total unless explicitly stated.
- Customs fees are non-refundable and vary by country.
a) Use a calculator such as dutycalculator.com for estimates.
b) Final duty amounts may vary.
7.2 Refused Deliveries
- If you refuse to pay duties and taxes:
a) The order will be returned at your expense.
b) You will be refunded for the product value minus shipping and return charges.
8. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once dispatched, cancellation requests are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
9. International Orders: Additional Notes
- We’re proud to ship globally and appreciate our community of conscious buyers around the world.
- All international orders:
a) Are sustainably packaged
b) Do not qualify for free or expedited shipping
c) May face extended delivery timelines due to customs regulations
- You may contact your local customs office for updated guidance before placing your order.
10. Returns & Exchanges (International Orders)
- We accept returns and exchanges for international orders in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- However, replacement shipping is not covered for international exchanges.
- Refunds will be issued in INR, and currency conversion fees (if any) will be borne by the customer.
11. GST (Goods & Services Tax)
- For all domestic orders, GST is already included in the listed product price.
- No additional GST will be levied at checkout for Indian buyers.
